Software License and Maintenance Support

The NYS Office of Mental Health is posting this notice of exemption as a result ofreceiving approval to the NYS Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) to enter into asingle-source contract for the provision of support and maintenance of the OMHElectronic Medical Record (EMR) system, VxVista.OMH is entering into this contract, with Document Storage Systems, Inc. (DSS). This is a notice of intent to proceed with a single source award, and not a solicitationfor bids. Document Storage Systems, Inc hosts NYS OMH's legacy electronic patient health record system. We have replaced this system under NYS contract CM101807 which runs until 1/16/2037. We will not be replacing this contract, and this extension is designed for transition from legacy system to new system, only. We anticipate this being completed by 7/31/28 and if we need more time, another CRER will be requested.
