The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting, which will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. MT on April 8, 2026, near Meadlowlark Lake Lodge, 4700 US-16, Ten Sleep, WY 82442. Some key aspects of the project include: • The project is valued at or above $150,000, and a bid bond is required. • The contractor must post a sign on the construction site citing W.S. 16-2-112. • The contractor must provide proof of any required insurance. • The contractor must comply with all federal requirements applicable to the project. • The contractor must not discriminate against any person who performs work under the contract. • The contractor must not subcontract more than 30% of the work to non-resident contractors. Budget estimate

$150,000 – $500,000

Based on the information provided in the document, it's difficult to estimate the exact budget amount. However, considering the project's scope and the requirement for a bid bond, it's likely that the budget will be substantial. Assuming the project's estimated cost is around $150,000 (the threshold for requiring a bid bond), and considering the costs associated with constructing a fish barrier, a rough estimate for the budget could be between $150,000 and $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the project will require significant resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to construct the fish barrier.
