Description
The Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections (IDJC) is soliciting a qualified pest‑control contractor to deliver full‑service, monthly pest‑management at three juvenile correction centers (Lewiston, Nampa, Saint Anthony). The contract is a one‑year term with the possibility of renewal and will be awarded to the lowest‑cost responsive vendor (either all‑or‑none or per‑site). Vendors must satisfy experience, insurance, background‑check, and certification requirements and submit a completed price sheet and signature page via IPRO.
• Scope: Monthly interior/exterior insect spraying, rodent control, bait‑box placement, trap installation, inspection, and reporting for each JCC; emergency response capability; no storage of chemicals on‑site.
• Requirements: Minimum 5 years overall pest‑control experience, technicians with ≥2 years experience, $1 M limits on general liability, automobile, and workers’ compensation insurance, background checks for all staff, and compliance with Idaho “No Public Funds for Abortion” Act and boycott certifications (if contract > $100 k).
• Key Dates: Site‑visit (Feb 23‑26 2026), written‑question deadline (Mar 4 2026), quote submission deadline (Mar 16 2026 5 PM MT).
