Description
The New York Power Authority (hereafter, the "Authority" or "NYPA") invites you to submit a proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment—except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the contract documents for the following Request for Proposal (RFP) as described below:
NYPA seeks to establish Managed Services agreements to enhance the efficiency of its IT Operations Center and ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure. The selected firm(s) will provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with prioritized expertise in Splunk ITSI, Splunk Enterprise, and ManageEngine OpManager/APM. These SMEs will serve as supplemental staff to support day-to-day administration, strengthen program management, and optimize existing monitoring and observability tools. In addition, vendors will deliver Statement of Work (SOW) based technology services to support initiatives within NYPA’s Digital Resilience Operation Center, led by the IT organization.
