Description
The State of Missouri is seeking to establish a Qualified Vendor's List (QVL) for wide format printer materials. The QVL will support the purchase of wide format printer materials for the Office of Administration, Document Solutions. The contract period is from the date of award through December 17, 2026. The State of Missouri intends to establish contracts with multiple vendors for use on an as needed, if needed basis. Vendors must provide proof of compliance with the Domestic Products Procurement Act (Buy American) Preference. The contract will be awarded based on the vendor's reliability and compliance with the requirements specified in the RFP. Key responsibilities include providing wide format printer materials, maintaining financial records, and complying with the Anti-Discrimination Against Israel Act.
• The QVL contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the products required.
• The QVL contractor must only quote and supply the specifically awarded line-items that have been approved by the Division of Purchasing’s Notice of Contract Award or by a properly executed contract amendment.
• The QVL contractor shall understand and agree that each price quote response submitted by the QVL contractor shall be considered an open record unless otherwise exempt.
