Uniform, Duty Equipment, and Uniform Program Management Services

The City of Upper Arlington Police Division is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive uniform, duty equipment, customization, and uniform program management services for sworn personnel. The vendor must provide authorized uniform and equipment items, as well as administrative infrastructure to support efficient ordering, inventory management, and customer service. The vendor must also provide a secure online ordering platform, employee online ordering platform, and department administrative management tools. The contract term is for two years with the option for two additional one-year renewals. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing authorized uniforms and equipment • Offering customization services, including embroidery and patch application • Maintaining an online ordering platform for employees and administrative users • Providing local support for new hire outfitting, uniform package coordination, and fitting appointments • Ensuring compliance with Division specifications and approval requirements
