Otero College is seeking a qualified vendor to replace approximately 25 wireless security‑camera connections with hard‑wired CAT6 network connections across its campus. The contractor must provide all equipment, materials, labor, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, and coordination with college IT and facilities staff. The upgrade is intended to improve video quality, system reliability, and overall security while minimizing disruption to campus operations. • Convert 25 point‑to‑point wireless camera links to CAT6 cabling. • Supply and install all cabling, connectors, mounting hardware, and related network components. • Remove/replace existing wireless equipment and ensure full functional testing. • Coordinate schedules with college IT/facilities to limit downtime. • Deliver complete documentation and obtain final acceptance by June 2027.
