Hospital Grade Mattress Inspection Services - STC

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide hospital-grade mattress inspection services for the St. Cloud VA Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting approximately 316 mattresses annually, including performing visual inspections, checking for damage, and testing for fluid ingress. The contractor will also be required to develop and submit a written inspection checklist for approval. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option years. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and personnel. • The contractor must be able to work with VA staff to coordinate the inspection schedule. • The contractor must be able to provide a written inspection report within five business days of completion of the inspection.
