Description
The Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide secure, FedRAMP‑moderate cloud hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support for its two CMS platforms (FDLP.gov and FDLP eXchange) on a Microsoft Azure environment. The work includes 24/7 monitoring, 99.9% uptime SLA, backup/DR services, application support, and project‑management up to 80 hours per month. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price award with a base year (Oct 2026‑Sep 2027) and up to four one‑year options.
• Host and maintain Drupal‑based CMS on FedRAMP‑authorized Azure (or equivalent) with required security certifications.
• Provide continuous system monitoring, incident response ≤ 1 hour, and backup/DR compliance (RPO 24 h, RTO 4 h).
• Deliver application‑level support, UX enhancements, and project‑management services within the defined labor limits.
