Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Kentucky Department of Corrections, is seeking bids for the replacement of the Bell County Forestry Camp Wastewater Treatment Plant. The new plant will be rated for 200,000 gpd peak flow and will feature a sequencing batch reactor style with tertiary filtration and ultraviolet disinfection. A bid alternate will include demolishing the existing WWTP and replacing the interior of the influent pump station.
• The project includes the design and construction of a new wastewater treatment plant.
• The project requires a site visit, which will be held on 06/15/2026 at 10:30 A.M. Eastern Time.
• Bidders must register in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System.
• Bids must be submitted electronically through the eProcurement system.
