Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a potential qualified contractor to provide MRI Chiller Services for the Phoenix VA Health Care System. The contractor will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repair services, labor, travel, and parts for the MRI Chiller. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the period of performance will be from 1/1/2026 to 12/31/2026. The contractor must provide documentation of technical expertise and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
• The contractor must provide preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations
• The contractor must provide repair services
• The contractor must provide all labor, travel, and parts
• The contractor must notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to schedule a time and intent to come on-site
• The contractor must verify that the equipment serviced is fully functional before checking out
• The contractor must deliver a hard copy or electronic copy of a Field Service Report that delineates the service performed and confirms quality assurance tests results to the Agency
