The El Dorado Irrigation District is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a full suite of NSF‑61 approved water‑distribution repair parts for its irrigation system. The scope covers a variety of pipe sizes, couplings, rigid concrete pipe, ductile‑class pipe, valves (horizontal gate and butterfly), flanges, bolts, and gaskets, with quantities typically ranging from one to two units per item. Bidders must submit a completed bid price sheet (all‑inclusive price) and a non‑collusion declaration, and may deliver bids via sealed mail, hand‑delivery, or email. The District will award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder that meets the technical specifications and delivery requirements.
• Required items include cement‑mortar‑lined pipe, HYMAX/Versa couplings, rigid concrete pipe, and various valve types (ANSI/AWWA C515, C504, UL 262, NSF 61).
