Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit and contract a firm fixed price, supply type contract for OEM degaussing parts with only one source, Esco Maritime Solutions, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source basis. The requirement is to supply degaussing parts for the MSC USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE-10). The parts include CCA analog control, IGBT kit, SBC kit, SBC replacement, and CCA cap/buss. The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent for each line item. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the payment will be made by electronic funds transfer. The contractor shall comply with the FAR and DFARS clauses incorporated by reference.
