Multifunctional Devices - Lease with Option to Purchase -- Information Requested

The DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) is seeking information from industry regarding the inclusion of an option to purchase leased multifunctional devices (MFDs) in anticipated IDIQ contracts. The contracts will be used to issue task orders for up to 60-month leases of MFDs. The government may unilaterally exercise the option to purchase devices at any point during a task order's period of performance. • The contracts will be firm fixed price multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. • The option to purchase devices may be exercised at the task order level by the government. • The period of performance for each task order will be up to 60 months. • Industry questions relating to the RFI are due by July 7, 2026. • Responses to the RFI are due by July 14, 2026.
