Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply and install a brand‑name or equal MANOSCAN high‑resolution manometry system (including hardware, software, accessories, and consumables) at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The contractor must deliver the equipment within 60 days of order receipt, provide on‑site installation and training, and comply with Buy‑American, warranty, and recall‑reporting requirements.
• Supply complete MANOSCAN HRM system and all listed accessories (catalog items 1‑17).
• Provide full installation, on‑site training for clinical staff, and digital operation manuals.
• Certify new OEM‑authorized equipment, submit Buy‑American certification, and adhere to 48‑hour recall reporting.
• Must be a U.S. small business (including SDVOSB) and meet the 100 % SBA set‑aside.
• Quote must be emailed to the VA point of contact by 4 PM PST on 1 Sept 2026.
