Athletic Performance Center Design Services

Full Architectural and Engineering services that shall include but not be limited to; program phase, schematic design, design manual, construction documents and construction administration for the Project. The design service disciplines anticipated to be provided by the consultant are as follows: Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil, Structural, Asbestos Abatement and AV-Data-Security systems. All services shall align with the SUNY Consultant Agreement. The project will consist of the following additional services:site survey for underground utilities location; SEQRA study, Physical space inventory drawing development, electronic as-built drawings, interior FFE design services, audio/video design services and the creation of marketing materials that include interior and exterior renderings of the schematic design of the visitor experience improvements.
