Description
The Adams County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids for the installation of 12,300 square feet of carpet tile at the Department of Human Services. The project requires the removal and replacement of cove base, inside and outside corners, and uneven areas. The successful bidder will be responsible for removing approximately 8,000 square feet of existing carpet and installing new carpet tile. The color of the carpet tile will be determined by the Board of Supervisors.
• The project requires a performance bond and liability insurance.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder.
• Bids must be received by 10:00 A.M. on September 1, 2026.
• The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any and all bids.
