Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide services to reduce inappropriate polypharmacy. The contract will have a base period of six months, with options to extend for up to three years. The contractor will be required to provide program management, software development, and implementation services. The contractor will also be required to provide training and support to VA staff.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing program management services, including project planning, coordination, and control
• Developing and implementing software solutions to support the reduction of polypharmacy
• Providing training and support to VA staff on the use of the software solutions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and VA policies
• Providing monthly progress reports and other deliverables as required by the contract
