Engineering Services for Legacy Trail Extension (LTE) Bahia Vista Street Overpass

The opportunity is for engineering services for the design, permitting, and bid phase services for the construction of a new LTE pedestrian overpass at Bahia Vista Street. The project will be funded utilizing the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) provided through a Local Agency Program Agreement. The contractor will be required to comply with various federal and state regulations, including those related to nondiscrimination, labor standards, and environmental protection. The contractor will also be required to maintain certain insurance coverage and to provide a performance bond.
