Description
The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) is seeking innovative solutions for Advanced Manufacturing Industrial 3D X-Ray and Computed Tomography Capability. The proposed solution must feature a robust scanning envelope and a heavy-duty manipulator capable of accommodating large-scale aerospace, ordnance, or advanced manufacturing components. The system must be equipped with advanced scanning modalities, including helical scanning for elongated parts, multi-image stitching for oversized assets, and sub-pixel resolution enhancement. The solution must also include a fully integrated, DICONDE-compliant software suite capable of seamless 3D reconstruction, dimensional metrology, and advanced defect recognition.
