The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is issuing a three‑year Notice of Funding Opportunity (FY 2027‑2030) under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) and Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI). Eligible nonprofit, state, or local government entities may apply for sub‑awards to provide a broad suite of core medical and support services to low‑income persons living with HIV in Palm Beach County. Service categories include early intervention, medical case management, health‑insurance premium assistance, mental health, oral health, outpatient/ambulatory care, substance‑abuse outpatient care (MAI only), emergency financial assistance, food assistance, health education, medical transportation, legal services, and other non‑medical case management. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits (or government entities), have at least six months of service history, be registered in the county’s Vendor Self‑Service system, and demonstrate financial audit compliance and appropriate liability insurance. The award period begins March 1, 2027 and runs through February 28, 2030, with an initial 12‑month term renewable twice.
