Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the document does not provide a specific budget or payment amount. However, based on the scope of work, which includes updating development impact fees and evaluating the feasibility of establishing new fees, the budget could be in the range of $50,000 to $200,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the consultant will need to conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations for updating the impact fees, which could require a significant amount of time and expertise. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the study, the number of new fees to be established, and the level of expertise required.
