This solicitation seeks a vendor to supply, deliver, and install a used Ryobi 3304 offset printing press (or equal) together with a new Triumph 7260 programmable paper cutter (or equal) for Midlands Technical College in South Carolina. The contract is a fixed‑price, single‑award IFB with a total bid deadline of June 1, 2026. The vendor must provide a standard manufacturer’s warranty and be registered in the South Carolina vendor system. • Provide a used 4‑color Ryobi 3304 offset printing press (or equivalent) with new rollers, including delivery and installation. • Provide a new Triumph 7260 (or equivalent) programmable paper cutter, including delivery, installation, and standard warranty. • All work must be completed within 30 days of receipt of the purchase order; installation is required on‑site at the college’s Airport Campus.
