Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing a special notice for a proposed contract action to Heuristic Management Systems Inc. The USCG intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102 (a) to Heuristic Management Systems Inc. The procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract requires the vendor to provide Subject Matter Experts (SME) to assist with the configuration, performance, and optimization of TimeControl timesheet system. Services may include analysis and evaluation, preparation of recommendations for system improvements, development, and/or maintenance efforts based on use-case scenarios provided by the USCG.
• The contract is for 50 days of remote services to complete additional software enhancements to the Time Control Industrial (TCI) and DPOMS systems.
• The consulting services do not have to be used consecutively and may be used in batches of no less than ½ day at a time.
• The vendor shall provide SME to assist with the configuration, performance, and optimization of TimeControl timesheet system.
• Services may include analysis and evaluation, preparation of recommendations for system improvements, development, and/or maintenance efforts based on use-case scenarios provided by the USCG.
