Notice of Intent to Sole Source Helios Triple Emitter UV-C System

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21, on behalf of the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with JMC Solutions, LLC. The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System has a requirement for three Helio+ Automated UV-C Triple Emitter Systems manufactured by Surfacide, LLC. Each system includes the following parts: Automated UV-C Triple Emitter System, 3 safety motion sensors, 1 control table, 1 joiner with tablet holder, 1 joiner with tote bag, 1 joby, and first year Extended Software and Maintenance Support. • The system is intended for medical and surgical use. • The procurement is non-competitive, and JMC Solutions has been determined as the only responsible source. • The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. • All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Government.
