The University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) is seeking a vendor to provide equipment, supplies, and services for a copier management program. The program will support administrative and academic departments, as well as the student-printing program. The vendor will be required to replace UNCW's existing Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs) with units capable of integrating with the Pharos Uniprint and Off-the-Glass software. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with two optional one-year extensions. The vendor will be responsible for providing maintenance, support, and supplies for the copiers.
• The program will require the vendor to provide approximately 170 units, with the possibility of increasing to 175 or more units due to campus growth.
• The vendor will be required to provide a single point of contact and quarterly Pharos usage reports.
• The vendor will be responsible for providing preventive and remedial maintenance, as well as replacing equipment that experiences recurring failures.
• The vendor will be required to provide a cost-per-page or pricing model, including what items and services are included.
• The vendor will be evaluated based on cost, vendor experience, technical capabilities, and project plan.
