Leasing Services for Mobile CNG Fueling Station

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking a vendor to provide leasing services for a mobile compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station. The selected contractor will be responsible for the turnkey delivery, installation, operation, maintenance, and fuel supply of the temporary CNG fueling solution. The system must be capable of continuous, year-round operation, including reliable performance during extreme cold weather conditions. The contractor will also provide ongoing delivery of CNG fuel to the site as needed throughout the contract term. • The contract term is for three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional years upon mutual agreement. • The contractor must provide all required equipment and infrastructure, including fueling systems, controls, weather protection, and associated accessories. • The contractor must ensure the system is engineered for reliable performance in extreme weather conditions. • The contractor must provide qualified personnel to support ongoing operations and respond to system issues. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, standards, and regulations related to CNG fueling systems.
