PW-290 PD Evidence Parking Lot Construction

The City of Sierra Vista is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new enclosed parking lot located east of the existing Police Department parking lot. The project includes earthwork, removal of existing improvements, paving, fencing, trenching, and installation of new conduit, relocation of existing irrigation lines and valves, and drainage improvements. The contractor shall supply and/or provide any incidental services or accessories necessary to make the work complete and perfect in all respects and ready for operation. • Earthwork and removal of existing improvements • Paving with three inches of asphalt concrete over eight inches of aggregate base course • Fencing and installation of new conduit • Relocation of existing irrigation lines and valves • Drainage improvements, including construction of a valley gutter and excavation of a new drainage ditch • Coordination with nearby contractors whose project area may overlap with this project
