DYS Connecting Loved Ones Sooner Than Expected (CLOSE) Transportation

The Ohio Department of Youth Services (DYS) seeks a qualified transportation provider to deliver monthly and occasional visitation trips for families traveling to DYS correctional and private facilities. The service must cover eight origin cities (Akron, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dayton, Toledo, Warren, Youngstown) and deliver riders to designated facilities on scheduled Saturdays and for special events as needed. Offerors are required to submit a completed A&D form and a Location Pricing Sheet. • Provide scheduled Saturday transportation from each origin city to the assigned facility on a monthly basis. • Offer additional weekend or weekday trips for special events or ad‑hoc visitation requests. • Submit the required A&D affirmation and disclosure form along with a detailed location‑based cost proposal. • Bids are fixed for 60 days; no price adjustments after purchase order issuance.
