SBE: Educational Surrogate Parent Training Program

The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) is seeking a vendor to collaborate with the Special Education Department to recruit and train volunteers to be educational surrogate parents. The scope of work includes educational consulting services for personnel, supplies and materials, travel, and miscellaneous items. The contract term is 1 year. • The vendor will be required to provide educational consulting services for personnel, including recruitment and training of volunteers. • The vendor will also be required to provide supplies and materials, travel, and miscellaneous items as needed. • The contract term is 1 year, with the option for renewal. • The vendor will be required to submit a signed contract, offer to the state of Illinois, and vendor disclosure or IPG active registered vendor disclosure. • The vendor will also be required to upload exhibit B - pricing sheet.
