Village Wide Security System

The Village of Estero is seeking proposals for a cloud-based security system to support the installation of security cameras and access controls in selected Village public facilities. The system should provide automated, role-based access control, centralized remote monitoring, and uniform security standards across all Village facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, furnishing, installing, configuring, and supporting the system. Key features of the system include: • Cloud-native video management system (VMS) • Cloud-native access control platform • Local gateways or bridges for buffering, device management, and failover • Encrypted cloud storage with configurable retention • Single, unified web dashboard for all sites • Secure multi-site user and access management The Village has several facilities that will be included in the system, including Village Hall, Estero Entertainment Campus, Estero SportsPark, River Oaks Preserve, and Estero River Park. The selected vendor will be required to provide a complete system design, 2D/3D camera placement drawings, access control schedules and door matrix, cabling diagrams, network topology diagrams, product datasheets, commissioning documentation, training for Village staff, and warranty and maintenance pricing.
