Description
The City of Waco is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive mowing, shredding, edging, weed‑eating, grass trimming and blowing services for its Infrastructure Service facilities and remote properties throughout FY27. This is a one‑year contract with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year renewals, subject to performance and mutual agreement. Work is performed Monday‑Friday, with a 15‑day start‑up window after notice to proceed. The City will supply combination locks for site access, and the contractor must maintain those locks. Bids are due electronically (or by hard copy) by September 23, 2026, with a pre‑bid Zoom meeting on September 14, 2026 (non‑mandatory).
