Description
The Polk School District Nutrition Services is seeking bids for the provision of fresh pizza kits for the School Nutrition Program. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027. The selected vendor will be required to provide products in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and the IFB. The SFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any part of a bid without accepting the whole thereof.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years.
• The SFA is seeking to identify and select one or more vendors to provide the items listed in the attached list.
• The selected vendor(s) will be required to provide products that meet the specifications and requirements outlined in the IFB.
• The SFA will evaluate bids based on price, quality, and other factors.
