RFP 2026-007 Employee Health Benefit Services Addendum

Webb County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive employee health benefits administration and related services for its self-funded benefit programs. The selected vendor(s) shall demonstrate the capability, experience, and financial strength to deliver high-quality services for the following components: ASO Medical, Stop Loss, Pharmacy, ASO Dental, and Vision plans. The County has included various reports, data sets, and supporting documentation as part of this Request for Proposal to provide additional context regarding its employee health benefit programs and utilization. • Key services to be provided include ASO Medical, Stop Loss, Pharmacy Benefit, ASO Dental, and Vision programs • The selected vendor(s) must demonstrate experience administering similar programs for public sector or similarly sized entities • The vendor(s) must provide all labor, supervision, systems, and resources necessary to administer and support the County's employee benefits programs • Proposals will be evaluated based on the respondent's qualifications and experience, technical proposal, and financial proposal
