Design and Build Services for the Replacement of Existing HVAC System for City of Bryan Fire Station No. 2

The City of Bryan is seeking a Design/Build firm to provide full design and turn-key installation of residential HVAC split systems at the Bryan Fire Station #2. The existing system comprises of approximately fifteen (15) air handling units, and the new system design shall include gas-fired furnaces and extensive electrical upgrades. The Firm shall calculate the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) loads with the anticipation of 35-40 tons being required. Key considerations include equipment selection from industry-leading manufacturers, incorporation of gas-fired furnaces, and the ability to monitor the system remotely. • The project involves the replacement of the existing HVAC system at the Bryan Fire Station #2. • The new system design shall include gas-fired furnaces and extensive electrical upgrades. • The Firm shall calculate the HVAC loads with the anticipation of 35-40 tons being required. • Equipment selection shall be from industry-leading manufacturers with a background of providing quality products. • The system shall be designed to monitor remotely and have the ability to be highly redundant.
