Riverside Transit Agency seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive oil‑analysis services for its fleet of buses and support vehicles. The contractor will collect, ship, and test fluid samples (engine oil, transmission oil, air‑compressor oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, and other designated fluids), deliver detailed laboratory reports, supply technical recommendations, and provide a web‑based software platform for trend analysis and reporting. The work is performed on an as‑needed basis over a one‑year base term, with the option to extend up to four additional one‑year periods. The vendor must also provide sampling containers, rapid shipping, training, and ongoing technical support. • Analyze up to ~2,800 fluid samples per year (engine oil, transmission oil, hydraulic oil, coolant). • Supply leak‑proof sample containers, ensure ≤ 2‑day shipping to the lab, and perform testing per ASTM standards. • Deliver electronic reports and a multi‑user, browser‑based analysis software, plus training and emergency‑notification procedures. • Provide insurance, comply with California prevailing‑wage and DBE requirements, and may be subject to a local‑business match provision.
