A - Latest Addendum Generator Installation (Brighton)

The Seminole Tribe of Florida is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide standby generator installation services at the Brighton Reservation. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing all electrical components associated with the project, including a new 27KW Generac generator, a 500-gallon liquid propane tank, and a transfer switch. The contractor will be required to obtain an electrical permit and provide a workmanship warranty for a minimum of two years. The project must be completed within 45 calendar days of receipt of the purchase order or notice to proceed. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must have a certified license relevant to these services. • The contractor must maintain adequate insurance consistent with the requirements listed in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide a minimum of 20 gallons of liquid propane fuel for the start-up and testing of the generator. • The contractor must install a six-inch thick by four-foot by nine-foot pre-cast monolithic concrete pad for the generator.
