Description
The Grady County Joint Development Authority is seeking bids for the construction of a 20,000 S.F. industrial spec building. The project includes a new building shell, loading dock, grading, sanitary sewer construction, storm drain installation, concrete and asphalt paving improvements, erosion control, and all associated measures. The project must be completed within 284 consecutive calendar days. A pre-bid conference will be held on March 10, 2026, and attendance is mandatory. Bidders must be licensed general contractors in the state of Georgia, and all work must be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications.
