CMGC for Pitkin County Jail Safety Renovations Project

Pitkin County is seeking a Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Pitkin County Jail Safety Renovation Project. The project involves renovating the existing jail building to address safety and security deficiencies. The CM/GC will work with the design team to develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project. The project is expected to be completed by December 1, 2026. The CM/GC will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supplies, bonds, permits, services, and supervision required to complete the project.
