Description
The Town of Falmouth, Recreation Department, is seeking bids for the renovation of the "Old" Skate Park at Trotting Park in Falmouth, MA. The project involves renovating the existing skate park. Bidding documents are available on the town's website, and bidders can also obtain them by mail for a non-refundable fee of $15.00. A bid deposit of 5% of the bidder's maximum total bid price is required, and the successful bidder must furnish a 50% construction payment bond. The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M.

• The bid security will be retained until the successful bidder has executed the contract with the Town.
