Description
The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking proposals from qualified Google Maps Platform Certified Resellers to provide a Google Maps Platform Pro Plan subscription. The solution must offer cost-effective, scalable, and reliable access to Google Maps Platform services, including Maps, Routes, and Places APIs, to support SCDOT's enterprise, internal, and public-facing applications. Key considerations include high availability, performance, resiliency, responsive support, and effective usage management. The contract will be for a 3-year term with an option to renew for 2 additional years.
• The proposed solution must provide an initial allocation of digital calls, access to additional usage blocks, and the ability for SCDOT to procure additional capacity on an as-needed basis.
• The solution must support SCDOT's routine transportation operations and emergency response activities.
• Proposers must demonstrate the ability to ensure high availability, performance, resiliency, responsive support, and effective usage management.
• The contract will be evaluated based on the optimal combination of technical capability, reliability, vendor experience, customer support, and total cost of ownership.
