Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential sources for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project at the Hershel “Woody” Williams Veteran Affairs Medical Center (HWVAMC) campus in Huntington, West Virginia. The project includes infrastructure improvements such as upgrades to fiber runs, primary and backup power distribution, and a data center expansion. The project will be a competitive, firm-fixed-price contract utilizing the design-bid-build approach.

* The project includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, and removal of existing structures
* The project requires providing all construction-related services, including labor, materials, and equipment
* The project is estimated to last 690 calendar days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed
* The project has a magnitude of construction between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000
