Description
The Health and Human Services Commission is seeking bids for as-needed locksmith and security door installation services at the El Paso State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a period starting on September 1, 2026. Bidders must attend one of two mandatory on-site visits, which will be held on July 14, 2026, and July 16, 2026, at 9:30 AM. The visits will include a review of the IFB requirements and a walk-through of the facility.
