Description
The Van Buren Public Schools is seeking bids for the Rawsonville Elementary School VUV Replacement project. The project involves replacing the VUV system at the Rawsonville Elementary School. Bids must be submitted electronically by November 20, 2025. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 5, 2025. The bidder must provide a Bid Security executed by a U.S. Treasury listed Surety Company or a cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the Proposal. The bidder may be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
• The project requires a VUV replacement at the Rawsonville Elementary School.
• Bids must be firm for a period of 90 days.
• The bidder must provide a statement disclosing any familial relationship with the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, board of directors, or the superintendent of the School District.
• The bidder must provide a statement to comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act of 2012.
• The bidder must provide a Criminal Background Disclosure Affidavit and a Non-Collusive Affidavit.
