Island Grove Master Plan

The City of Greeley is seeking a consultant to develop a new Island Grove Master Plan that reimagines the park's role in the community and the region. The plan should balance operational functionality with long-term vision and include two parallel tracks: an Optimization Plan to assess current use and identify improvements, and a Visionary Concept Plan to reimagine the park as a future-forward venue. The consultant will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive master plan that includes a baseline needs assessment, stakeholder and public engagement summary, optimization plan, visionary concept plan, and final master plan document. The project requires a multidisciplinary team with expertise in urban planning, market and use analysis, architectural design, and more. Some key goals of the project include optimizing current assets, clarifying the park's identity, creating a bold long-term vision, and promoting economic and community impact.
