File cabinets and accessories

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for File cabinets and accessories for the Temple Department of State Health Services. The contract will be for a period of time, with the possibility of renewal or extension. The successful bidder will be required to provide file cabinets and accessories that meet the specifications outlined in the IFB. The evaluation criteria will include the bidder's experience, ability to perform, and price. • The IFB includes the following items: PCS 137 IFB, Exhibit A – HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Exhibit B – PCS 111-Contract Affirmations and HHS Uniform Terms and Conditions (UTCs), Exhibit C – Pricing Sheet, Exhibit D – HHS Online Bid Room Information, and Exhibit D-1 – PCS Map. • The procurement schedule dates are tentative and may be modified by HHSC. • Bidders must submit their responses by the deadline indicated in the procurement schedule. • HHSC reserves the right to cancel this IFB at any time.
