EOD Roll Up Door Repairs

The purpose of this requirement is to ensure EOD (Building 7625) is equipped with four fully functional, electrically controlled bay doors. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to replace two interior compound bay doors and repair two exterior bay doors at Building 7625. All work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), International Building Code (IBC), International Mechanical Code (IMC), International Plumbing Code (IPC), National Electric Code (NEC), Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), and NFPA Life Safety Code. • The contractor must provide a technical plan outlining how they will accomplish the task. • The contractor must provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the project. • The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the applicable codes and regulations. • The contractor must provide a statement specifying agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments.
