On-Call Professional Services for Airport Design

The City of Riverside seeks a single qualified firm or individual to serve as an on‑call professional‑services provider for its general‑aviation airport. The contractor will support the Riverside Airport’s Master Plan and the Airport Capital Improvement Program (ACIP) by delivering engineering, planning, design, construction‑management, and related consulting services on a project‑by‑project basis over a five‑year term. • Provide RFP/RFB/RFQ/RFI preparation, ensuring FAA grant compliance and ACIP documentation. • Produce detailed cost estimates, design packages, environmental documentation, and construction‑administration support for runway, taxiway, lighting, and utility projects. • Deliver monthly progress reports, maintain communication with City staff and the FAA, and adhere to performance standards; contract may be terminated for poor performance. • Must hold a California Professional Engineer license, have ≥5 years relevant experience, and be registered with SAM.gov and California DIR. • Compensation will be negotiated per assigned project; no overall contract value is disclosed.
