Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) is seeking a contractor to inspect the ballast tank 8-110-2-W on the USS NEW ORLEANS (LPD-18) at the Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The contract will be awarded to a firm that possesses a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region. The period of performance is from 17 Aug 2026 to 31 Oct 2026.
• The contractor must have an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region.
• The contractor must agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest total price.
• Technical acceptability will not be applied as an evaluation factor for this requirement.
• The contractor must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042.
