DOTD Contract Waterborne Traffic Paint

The State of Louisiana, Department of Transportation and Development, is seeking bids for the provision of Rapid Dry Waterborne Traffic Paint. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to supply paint in stainless steel and plastic totes, with a minimum order quantity of 250 gallons and a maximum order quantity of 275 gallons. The paint must meet the specifications outlined in DOTD Specification No. MS 287-003, Revised 1/14/2026. * The estimated usage for the contract period is approximately 90,000 gallons of white paint and 73,000 gallons of yellow paint per year. * The contract will require the supplier to deliver paint to various districts throughout the state. * The supplier will be required to pick up empty totes from the districts and refill them as needed. * The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. * The State of Louisiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
